- Support for direct sales efforts:
- Generate resources (strategies, tools, catalogs, information, etc.) derived from identified market needs to support the commercial department's activities.
- Strengthening brand communication and positioning:
- Develop brand positioning strategies (creation, development, strengthening, and maintenance) based on corporate brand guidelines and specific business needs,



ensuring it acts as a "silent sales” brand and effectively supports commercial efforts.
- Management of promotional products and sales tools, maintaining appropriate inventory levels in accordance with department objectives.
- Manage supplier payments according to established procedures.
