Report any kind of incident occurred in LOM, immediately to the responsible authorities. (For example: Immediate supervisor, EHS area, etc.)
- Follow established guidelines according to the policies for Safety, Health, Environment and Quality governed within the LEGO Group
- Actively participate in activities related to the topic of Safety, Health, Environment and Quality in the plant. (For example: Training, drills, programs, etc.)
- Comply with the guidelines established in the processes in Integral and Local way to fulfill the requirements of the OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 & ISO 9001
Deliver on time and schedule the established processes and procedures related to the environmental care,
including the correct waste handling and recycling, as well as the correct use of all resources like water and electricity, report any missing material for achieving this processes in the right form, also participate with any continuous improvement ideas focused on the environmental care.
- Share with Coordinator the shift’s pending activities.
- Responsabile of communicating desicions and procedure modifications to his/her shift´s personnel and to other shifts’ partners.
- Help other Operators, Technicians and peers when needed.
- Assure high quality during machines start up and/or first run elements.
- Give elements samples to QA for approval and liberation.
- Analyze machines stop in molding area.
- Cleaning of the area before and after of the change over ( Mould /Color) after making a process adjustment.
- Inform the Operator about the special or special conditions of the mould, machine and process.
- Run the production according the mould card. Fullfill the accomplishment of the SOP’s and Work Guides.
- Work with QA, Mold Maintenance and Machines Maintenance.
- Use best practices at Molding.
- Replace damaged equipment and notify Maintenance.
