A transnational company, a general leader in marketing and distribution of food supplements is looking for talent with the following profile: Quality Complaint Representative

Description

The Representative, Quality Complaint is primarily responsible to work with internal and external stakeholders to assist in managing quality or safety issues and concerns. This position also assists the Safety team in the management of complaints as they relate to different areas including, consumer education, process improvement, and interdepartmental collaboration with Quality or other cross-functional teams.

Main Responsibilities:
- Routing complaints entered into complaint management databases,
- Follow up with suppliers for timely responses.
- Initiate and enter results of Herbalife investigation into Agile.
- Develop resolution and consumer response for review and approval as necessary.
- Scrubbing: contextualization of consumer details into a compressive complaint that can be investigated internally
- Provide training to Herbalife Regional representatives that enter product complaints.

Requirements:




- Organizing data from multiple sources, extracting key information and documenting investigation detail
- Database and quality data reporting experience
- PC skills, including Microsoft Office
- Organizational and communication skills. Strong leadership and analytical skills with team-focused attitude
- 1+ years of experience in a Quality Assurance or a Complaint Investigation role, in the dietary supplement, pharmaceutical, food or cosmetic industries
- Specific training in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Sourcing, Laboratory Analyses
- Bachelor of Health Science Degree
