We have an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Manager to join our team in Matamoros, Mexico. This position will responsible for all human resource functions at the Motion Systems Division (MSD) site in Matamoros, Mexico. Responsibilities include talent and performance management, employee relations, regulatory compliance, Union negotiations and activities, all recruiting, payroll and benefits administration,
and leadership of training programs as well as other general HR responsibilities. Working with the Senior Leadership Team, the HR Manager will attract the best talent to MSD while promoting a diverse work force. The HR Manager assures that the company is complying with local legislation and Mexico labor regulations and will provide guidance to both the leadership and employees at the Matamoros, Mexico manufacturing facility.
