- About the Role_

We are seeking a Remote Inside Sales Representative to support our growing legal practice. This is a client-facing, consultative sales role focused on converting qualified inbound leads into retained clients across immigration, criminal,



and corporate legal matters.

You will speak with individuals who have already reached out for legal help and are seeking guidance during high-stress, high-stakes situations.
- This is not a cold-calling role._

Success in this position requires strong closing skills, empathy, emotional intelligence, professionalism, and confidence, along with the ability to build trust quickly and communicate clearly.
- Key Responsibilities_
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective legal clients
- Build rapport and trust through empathetic, professional communication
- Convert qualified leads into retained clients using a consultative sales approach
- Follow up consistently with prospective clients to maximize conversion rates
- Accurately document calls, notes, and outcomes in the CRM system
- Collaborate closely with attorneys and intake staff
- Maintain availability and responsiveness during Ce
