About the Role:
Assuring Customer shipments on time by effective analysis of the demand, inventory and the correct communication with the all areas involved, always focused on improve team performance and oriented of the not disturbing the production schedule plan.
Creating a sustainable Process & Strategies related to material planning and inventory control.
Your Team:
- Customer Analyst - Jr. Customer Analyst - Master Planner - As a part of the supervisory responsibilities, if there is not an employee to attend the process, the direct boss will have to attend the process or assign the activities to another employee (with equal qualifications).
What You Will Do:
- Make daily analysis of Finished Goods inventory levels to avoid any shortage shipment - Make analysis of customer releases week by week to detect demand variations - Make weekly customer demand planning to materials planning group according the current customer demand - Ensure the communication with all areas involved to meet customer shipment requirement - Ensure the production plan schedule for all programs - Asure in collaboration with planning and logistics team for customer shipments on time. - Establish multidisciplinary teams for continuous improvement. - I
