A Day in the Life

Our Mexico Accounting team, part of the larger integral accounting department, oversees the analysis and internal reporting of FIBRA Prologis, FIBRA Terrafina, and Prologis Mexico, under USGAAP, IFRS, and local reporting. As a Senior Accountant you will support core processes in accounting, financial analysis, and internal reporting of our financial statements. You should demonstrate initiative, critical thinking, process improvement mindset,



understanding of US GAAP and IFRS, strong communication skills in Spanish and English, and analytical and problem-solving abilities. You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that requires adaptability, collaboration, and a commitment to continuous improvement. You will prepare reports and documentation for all Mexico entities in accordance with US GAAP and IFRS for inclusion in US public company reporting and the Mexico public company reporting.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in the general ledger, maintaining accurate account balances, and preparing journal entries related to different group of accounts, such as G&A;, intercompany transactions, debt, cash, taxes, among others.
- Highly involved in the month, quarter and year-end closing processes, performing account reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies,
