POSITION OBJECTIVE
Provide timely and accurate follow‑up on the client’s specific requirements, ensuring their full satisfaction; as well as support operational areas in solving issues that arise during the customs clearance process.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Fulfill the activities agreed upon with the client (sending reports, controlling and following up on amendments and incidents).
- Carry out the compilation and submission of foreign trade files generated by daily operations.
- Participate in and comply with the implementation of innovation projects assigned to the area.
- Review the operations tracker / meeting minutes,
following up on the activities generated from them.
- Assist the company’s operational areas in resolving issues that occur during customs clearance and/or with the customs broker.
- Maintain constant communication with the client to ensure that all their requirements are being met.
- Participate in training and refresher courses provided by the company.
- Skills & Experience
- Advanced English (mandatory) — able to communicate professionally with U.S. counterparts, carriers, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
- Experience in customs operational processes — required background in daily customs operations, including file integration, incident follow-up, coordination with customs brokers, and understanding of import/export documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree completed in International Relations, International Trade, Foreign Trade, or related fields.- Solid understanding of customs laws, regulations, and applicable complianc
