Summary / Objective of the role
Key responsabilities
- Supervise and coordinate terminal operations in regasification and liquefaction phases.
- Investigate equipment/system shutdowns and develop appropriate actions to resolve issues.
- Implement and optimize operational management systems.
- Ensure compliance with operating procedures, safety policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, and safety teams to guarantee safe and efficient operations.
- Manage multicultural and large-scale teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
Required qualifications
- Minimum experience: 15 years in LNG operations, including regasification and liquefaction.
- Proven expertise in commissioning, startup, and production of LNG trains.
- Deep knowledge of operational management systems and international safety standards.
- Experience in developing and executing operational procedures.
- Background in international LNG projects and large-scale terminals.
- Advanced English proficiency (oral and written).

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

Work conditions / schedule
- Location: Energía Costa Azul (ECA) terminal, Baja California, Mexico.
- Primarily on-site work, with constant interaction with international teams.
