Must to have requirements:
- Good Conversational English:
- Proficient Computer Skills:
- Strong Customer Focus: A genuine desire to help customers and find solutions.
- Attention to Detail.
Nice to have:
- BPO Experience (A Plus): Familiarity with the BPO environment is a bonus.
- Sales Experience is a plus
Your Day-to-Day:
Supporting customers with issues related to their services and equipment. This role also presents opportunities to offer new equipment and protection plans, which can generate commissions.

- Not detected by panel
- Smart Home system not in sync, offline
