Propósito del Rol
Liderar,
administrar y dar seguimiento a proyectos de mejora continua en la planta de Ramos Arizpe, utilizando metodologías Lean, Six Sigma, herramientas estadísticas y prácticas de administración de proyectos para reducir costos, mejorar procesos y generar resultados sostenibles para el negocio.
Contribuir al logro de los objetivos de la planta mediante un portafolio de iniciativas de mejora con una meta mínima de ahorro de USD 500,000 al año, fortaleciendo la calidad, la eficiencia operativa y la disciplina de mejora continua.
Responsabilidades
- Administrar el catálogo y portafolio de proyectos de mejora continua de la planta, priorizando las iniciativas con mayor impacto financiero y operativo.
- Liderar proyectos Lean Six Sigma enfocados en reducción de costos, mejora de procesos, eliminación de desperdicios y control de la variación.
