Element Fleet Management México is hiring an IT professional to set up and maintain computer networks, provide user support, and troubleshoot issues within an SLA framework. You will ensure high availability of network infrastructure and collaborate with cross-functional teams in North America.
The role includes onboarding/offboarding IT assets, supporting Mexico offices, and coordinating with general teams. A BS degree in IT/CS or equivalent and English proficiency are required, ITIL is a plus.
