About the Role
As a JR Account Manager, you will play a key role in supporting customers and users while helping drive engagement and growth through proactive communication.
This position combines customer service, relationship building, and sales development activities. You will communicate directly with US-based users, understand their needs, provide solutions, conduct proactive outreach, and identify opportunities to increase engagement and strengthen relationships.
The ideal candidate is customer-focused, proactive, comfortable with outbound communication, and able to manage follow-ups and multiple conversations with limited direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service through phone, chat,
and other established communication channels.
- Recruit and engage US-based healthcare professionals to use the company’s platform and encourage them to apply for available opportunities.
- Conduct proactive outreach to new and existing users to increase engagement and platform activity.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with users through consistent communication and follow-up.
- Identify opportunities to re-engage inactive users and encourage continued platform participation.
- Understand customer and user needs and identify opportunities to provide appropriate solutions or resources.
- Support sales development activities by identifying potential opportunities, qualifying interest, and coordinating follow-up as needed.
- Follow up with prospects, users, or accounts to ensure inquiries and opportunities are moved through to completion.
