TripleTen is an online teaching platform that empowers individuals, regardless of their prior experience, to embark on the exciting and challenging journey of mastering tech professions.

Our bootcamps focus on helping students develop relevant technical skills and advance their careers in a rapidly changing job market.

Our mission is to ensure that every student has the opportunity to successfully master new skills, find their purpose, and become a valuable member of the tech industry.

This is a hands-on coaching role with a strong focus on 1:1 support, thoughtful career guidance, and high-quality service delivery.

How to apply?
Apply here! We review applications on an ongoing basis and invite selected candidates to record an introductory video as a first step.
If there is an available opening, we will invite you to an interview with our Hiring Managers; otherwise, we will keep your profile and completed assignment on file for future opportunities.

Help students define realistic career transition strategies based on their professional background, target roles, transferable experience, and identified competency gaps.

and developing a clear strategy for addressing them.
Guide students in developing and refining their professional positioning, including resumes, LinkedIn profiles, portfolios, and their overall career narrative.
Conduct personalized 1:1 mock interviews based on students' target roles, seniority, and career goals, and provide structured feedback on their performance.

Engage the student community by facilitating channels, sharing job market insights, and offering practical guidance.
Host webinars and career events as needed.
Collaborate cross-functionally to continuously improve Career services and the student experience.
Provide timely asynchronous Career support within a 24-hour response window.

5. Workshops: support development and facilitation of career workshops.

6. Cross-Track Coaching: coach students across multiple advanced programs and career transition paths, such as AI Systems Engineering, AI Machine Learning, and other programs, adapting your coaching approach to different professional backgrounds, target roles,

What we can offer you:
Fully remote part-time collaboration (20-25 hours per week, $15 USD per hour).
A comfortable digital office. We use modern digital tools — Slack, Miro, Notion, Google Meet, etc.— to make the process of working together seamless.
Growth. Our product is expanding quickly, so it's a great time to get on board and challenge yourself.
Diverse and tight-knit team which is spread out across US, LatAm, Europe and more.

You have 2–5+ years of experience in career coaching, recruiting, talent acquisition, executive search, or another relevant people-focused role, with experience supporting experienced or mid-to-senior professionals in career transitions.
You have a strong understanding of the US job market, including hiring practices, candidate expectations, and cultural nuances.
You have excellent English proficiency (C1–C2), both spoken and written.
You are comfortable working with professionals who already have established careers and helping them navigate complex career decisions rather than starting their job search from scratch.
You can analyze a candidate's professional background, identify transferable strengths and gaps, and translate them into practical career recommendations.
You are a people-oriented professional who can actively listen, provide structured and constructive feedback, and build trust with candidates.
You can build trust with experienced professionals, challenge their assumptions when needed, and guide them through complex career transitions and job-search decisions.
You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and demonstrate strong ownership and follow-through.
You have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice to have: prior experience in the tech industry or working with experienced tech professionals.
