The NPS Specialist (Net Promoter Score Specialist) is a professional responsible for managing, analyzing, and improving the company's Net Promoter Score (NPS). Mission or General Objective of the Position:

The primary objective of the NPS Specialist is to optimize the customer experience through the management and continuous improvement of the Net Promoter Score. This professional must constantly seek ways to improve customer perception of the company, with the goal of increasing customer loyalty and, ultimately, driving business growth.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

1. Manage and oversee the implementation and execution of NPS surveys.

2. Analyze NPS results and provide detailed reports to the relevant teams. 3.



Identify areas for improvement based on NPS results and develop strategies to address these areas.

4. Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to implement NPS improvement strategies.

Requirements
