About the team
Recruiting is a core strategic driver of Stripe’s success. We have a world-class team working together to attract and hire thoughtful, collaborative, and focused people who drive Stripe's global impact. In this full cycle recruiter role, you will support the Integral Operations organization and be responsible for hiring top talent into the Stripe Delivery Center (SDC). The SDC is our Global Operational Center of Excellence, which is a critical component of Stripe’s growth strategy. Recruiting for the SDC requires high attention to detail,
impeccable operational rigor and strong stakeholder management skills.
What you’ll do
To further this important mission, we are looking for a consultative and creative recruiter to grow and scale our Stripe Delivery Center in Mexico City. The SDC is a global team with the purpose of building Stripe’s operations capabilities for the next decade. As a recruiter, you will be helping us hire for this team in Mexico City, looking for dynamic and curious people who have a passion for solving global user issues, building operations and who want to play a front-line role in building this new operational capability for Stripe.
