Western Smokehouse Partners is looking for a Maintenance Technician.
The Maintenance Technician supports the daily maintenance operations of the facility by assisting in the repair, upkeep, and preventive maintenance of equipment and building systems. Under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager, this role helps install and maintain heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical systems.
The Maintenance Technician is also responsible for basic facility upkeep both inside and outside of the building and plays a critical role in ensuring minimal downtime in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Essential Duties

Assist with installation, maintenance, and repairs of facility HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Support troubleshooting and repair of production equipment and machinery.

Perform basic carpentry, painting, and plumbing tasks as assigned.

Complete preventative maintenance tasks according to scheduled timelines.

Inspect and replace worn or damaged parts using hand and power tools.

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of maintenance tools, shop, and storage areas.

Respond to maintenance requests or breakdowns during production shifts in a timely manner.

Document all repairs, and maintenance performed on appropriate logs or work order systems.

Monitor facility grounds and assist with snow removal, lawn care, and general exterior upkeep.
