Changan Mexico is seeking a Sales and DND Director to lead our sales strategy in Mexico City and drive dealer network growth. You will oversee national targets, monitor dealer performance, and collaborate with Marketing, Aftersales and Finance to optimize profitability.
Adecuado candidates have 10+ years in automotive sales, proven leadership, and advanced English (C1). Travel availability is required, and a Bachelor's in Business or Engineering is expected; MBA is a plus.
