About the Role We're looking for a
Mid-Level Plumbing Estimator / CAD & BIM Specialist
to join a growing U.S.-based commercial plumbing contractor.
This role is idóneo for an experienced plumbing professional who can independently handle




plumbing takeoffs and estimating
while also working confidently with
construction drawings, AutoCAD shop drawings, BIM coordination, RFIs, revisions, and project documentation .
You will work closely with the owner and senior team but will be expected to take ownership of assigned estimates and technical drawing-related tasks with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate has strong commercial plumbing knowledge, understands how plumbing systems are installed in complex projects, and can translate construction documents into accurate quantities, estimates, and coordinated drawings.
This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to take on greater responsibility across both
estimating and technical/CAD/BIM coordination .
