Role Description

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will design, deploy, monitor, and improve machine learning solutions that create measurable business value across manufacturing and technology environments. This role requires a strong technical contributor with experience taking machine learning solutions into production, applying MLOps practices, and helping guide others through technical problem‑solving and execution.
- Design, build, deploy, monitor, and maintain end-to-end machine learning pipelines and production-ready solutions.
- Translate machine learning prototypes into scalable, reliable, and secure solutions for manufacturing and business environments.
- Apply MLOps and DevOps practices to support model versioning, deployment, monitoring, retraining, and troubleshooting.
- Provide technical guidance, contribute to architecture discussions, support code reviews,



and help coach less experienced team members.

Requirements

What do you need to have?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, data engineering, software engineering, data science, or similar technical roles.
- Proven experience deploying machine learning models or intelligent solutions into production environments.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Python and machine learning frameworks such as scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
- Experience or solid understanding of MLOps, DevOps, CI/CD, model monitoring, model retraining, and production support concepts.
- Basic knowledge of containerization or orchestration tools such as Docker or Kubernetes.
- Advanced English skills, with ability to communicate technical and business information clearly.
