The role focuses on composite manufacturing processes, continuous improvement, and robust quality assurance throughout the product lifecycle.
Job RequirementsTechnical SkillsStrong knowledge of AS9100, aerospace quality requirements, and customer standards.
Hands-on experience with quality tools (APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D).Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and process documentation.
Soft SkillsStrong leadership and coaching skills. Analytical, structured, and results-oriented mindset.
