You will operate in a dynamic, regional environment where you will have the autonomy to optimize processes, manage key relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, and ensure our operations are executed with accuracy and efficiency, driving a culture of continuous improvement and growth.
What are we looking for?
Essential Requirements (What Is Indispensable To Start)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting,



Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant professional experience in Order to Cash, Accounts Receivable, or related Finance operations.
- Previous experience supervising, coordinating, or leading teams, preferably in a regional or shared services environment.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP and Order to Cash processes.
- Demonstrated experience with process improvement, standardization, or automation initiatives.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent or advanced English and Spanish.

Desirable Requirements (These will be considered differentiators, but you can learn with us):
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and digital tools like Power BI or RPA.
- Experience in finance transformation or migration projects.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
- Portuguese language skills.
