This position reports to: General Account Manager - PetrobrasYour Role: Own the ChallengeAs Sales and Marketing Manager for Energy Industries, you will lead the commercial strategy for one of ABB's key growth businesses in Mexico. In this role, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth, expanding ABB's footprint across emerging energy markets, and positioning ABB as the preferred partner for automation, electrification, and digital solutions.
You will work closely with major customers across Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Water & Wastewater, Chemicals, Petrochemicals, and New Energies, while leading a high-performing sales team focused on achieving ambitious growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:




Develop and execute the sales and marketing strategy for ABB Energy Industries in Mexico, driving profitable growth and achieving annual business targets.
Identify and capture new business opportunities across Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Water & Wastewater, Chemicals, Petrochemicals, LNG, and New Energy markets.
Build and strengthen strategic relationships with key customers, including PEMEX, CFE, International Oil Companies, EPC contractors, private energy companies, and industrial end users, applying a consultative selling approach to deliver customer value and long-term partnerships.
Lead and develop the local Sales and Marketing team, setting clear objectives, driving performance, and promoting commercial excellence through value-based selling practices.
Collaborate with local, regional, and global stakeholders to deliver integrated automation, electrification, and digital solutions that address customer challenges and
