We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join a growing engineering team focused on building mission-critical eDiscovery solutions used by legal professionals across the globe.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software applications while owning features from concept through production. You will leverage modern AI-assisted development tools alongside best engineering practices to deliver high-quality, reliable solutions.
Design, develop, and maintain software features using .NET/C# and PostgreSQL.
Build scalable,



high-performance systems that support critical legal technology workflows.
Write and maintain automated tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
Utilize AI-powered development tools for coding, testing, debugging, and code review while ensuring accuracy and accountability for delivered solutions.
Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices, including the responsible use of AI in software development.
5+ years of professional software development experience using .NET/C#.
~ Strong experience working with PostgreSQL, including database design, optimization, and query performance tuning.
~ Proven experience building, deploying, and supporting scalable software systems.
~ Strong commitment to automated testing and software quality.
~ Daily hands-on experience with AI-assisted software development tools and the ability to validate and take ownership of generated outputs.
~ Ability to work effectively
