Description: Are you passionate about engineering project management and capital investments? Join our Engineering team as an Engineering Capital Head. You'll be responsible for leading end-to-end technical projects, managing the site CAPEX portfolio, and driving engineering excellence at the Querétaro manufacturing site. This role plays a critical part in ensuring project delivery, operational performance, sustainability, safety, and long-term capital strategy while partnering with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
As an engineering leader, you will oversee project design, execution, capital planning, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with the highest quality standards. Capital Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end technical projects from scope definition and design through commissioning, validation, and successful start-up, ensuring safety, quality, cost, and timeline objectives are achieved.




CAPEX Portfolio Management: Oversee the site capital investment portfolio, including planning, forecasting, governance, cost control, and annual capital planning activities.
Partner with Operations, Quality, R&D;, Supply Chain, and external suppliers to ensure project alignment, execution excellence, and business impact.
Engineering Excellence & Compliance: Apply corporate engineering methodologies while ensuring compliance with safety, food safety, environmental, financial, and internal control requirements.
Continuous Improvement & Team Leadership: Lead contractors and project teams while driving innovation, productivity improvements, cost reduction initiatives, and knowledge transfer through training and lessons learned exercises.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Food, Chemical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
