- Operation management of controls required to have a correct administration of the status of maritime imports to ensure that operations are carried out in times below the limits established for payment of delay and or storage.

- Preparation of import and export documents for all types of materials including fixed assets.
- Review and authorization of payment of customs declarations in the required times depending on whether the import or export operation is (consolidated and/or per operation).
- Review of the application and use of identifiers at the starting level and cover level in the pedimentos it authorizes.
- Correct administration of the application of PROSEC, USMCA and or Eighth Rules in the review of pediment authorizations, as well as ensuring that they are correctly applied in pedimento.
- Management of pedimentos and virtual operations, regime changes and regularizations, pedimento payment in time
- Support in the generation of various information and periodic and special reports that are requested in foreign trade matters, certifications and other data of your department.
- Support with direct communication with Mexican and American Customs Agencies in Customs procedures, coordinates the operation of merchandise inspectors both in warehouses, ports and/or airports.
