Marketing Director

A law firm specializing in immigration law is looking for an experienced Marketing Director to join our team in Mexico City.
Position Objective

Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of the organization's marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on demand generation, customer acquisition, campaign performance, and alignment with overall business objectives.

The idóneo candidate will combine strategic thinking with strong execution skills, using data and performance insights to drive marketing decisions and identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in marketing, preferably in digital marketing, performance marketing, or marketing management.
- Proven experience managing and optimizing Paid Media campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with advertising platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and KPIs, including leads, CPL, conversion rates, CAC,



and ROAS.
- Experience with Google Analytics or similar analytics platforms.
- Experience using CRM and project management tools, such as HubSpot, Salesforce, ClickUp, or similar platforms.
- Strong Excel skills and the ability to analyze and interpret marketing data.
- Experience coordinating multiple projects, vendors, and internal teams.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced English is preferred.
- Proven ability to make data-driven decisions and translate business objectives into marketing strategies.
