Head of Growth to take ownership of customer acquisition and turn our existing foundation into a predictable, scalable growth engine.
The Role
The Head of Growth will own the company’s growth strategy across SEO, content, paid acquisition, website conversion, analytics, and new acquisition channels.
The primary goal is to increase
qualified sales meetings, qualified pipeline, and new gross profit
.
You will lead and coordinate an existing team, set priorities, allocate resources based on ROI, and ensure marketing initiatives translate into measurable commercial results. This is a highly autonomous, hands-on role for someone who can move comfortably between strategy and execution.
