The Commercial Access Senior Manager will lead the development and execution of Amgen Mexico's commercial contracting and pricing strategy across public and private sectors, ensuring sustainable growth, competitive positioning and operational excellence.
This role serves as a key strategic partner to Commercial, Market Access, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain and external stakeholders, driving innovative contracting models,
pricing strategies and tender execution to maximize business opportunities within the evolving Mexican healthcare environment.
The position will play a critical leadership role in identifying and assessing government tender opportunities, strengthening partnerships with healthcare institutions and optimizing commercial performance through strategic negotiations and compliant contracting practices.
Commercial Strategy & Business Partnership
Develop and execute the overarching commercial contracts and pricing strategy for both public and private sectors, aligned with Amgen Mexico's business priorities and growth objectives.
Act as a strategic advisor to the commercial organization, enabling competitive and sustainable business decisions through data-driven insights and market analysis.
Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Medical, Finance, Legal and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless execution of commercial initiatives and customer strategies.
