This senior leadership role goes beyond quota attainment — you'll be a key player and important partner in shaping sales strategy, mentoring sales leaders and scaling revenue in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Partner with Sales leadership to refine sales strategy, systems and processes
Own forecast accuracy, pipeline health, and sales efficiency metrics
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure high quality customer journey and strong customer retention
Work with Marketing partners to create, test and execute campaigns




Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to Sales leadership
Coach and mentor rising sales leaders and contribute to leadership hiring
7-8 years of experience in a Sales Management and Director positions
