The idóneo candidate will have experience with VoIP, SIP, Contact Center technologies, U.S. dialing plans, and Voice QA Testing . Experience with E911 is a strong plus. In this role, you will troubleshoot voice infrastructure, support telephony deployments, validate call quality, optimize routing, and ensure reliable communications across enterprise environments.
