About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and
client-focused Personal Injury Case Manager to join our growing
team. The idóneo candidate will play a vital role in managing
personal injury cases from intake through settlement, ensuring
exceptional client service and efficient case progression. Key
Responsibilities Manage a caseload of personal injury matters and
maintain accurate case records. Serve as the primary point of
contact for clients, providing regular case updates and addressing
inquiries. Gather, review, and organize medical records, bills,
insurance documents, and other case-related materials. Coordinate
with attorneys, medical providers, insurance companies, and other
stakeholders. Assist with claim preparation, demand packages, and
settlement documentation. Monitor case deadlines and ensure timely
completion of tasks. Schedule appointments, depositions, and other
case-related activities. Maintain confidentiality and comply with
all legal and ethical requirements. Qualifications Previous
experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager, Legal Assistant,




Paralegal, or similar role. Strong understanding of personal injury
claims and case management processes. Excellent verbal and written
English communication skills. Exceptional organizational and
multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and
legal case management software. Ability to work independently and
manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience
handling U.S. personal injury cases is highly preferred. Preferred
Skills Knowledge of insurance claims and settlement procedures.
Experience obtaining and reviewing medical records and bills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Customer
service-oriented mindset with empathy for injured clients. What We
