The Manufacturing Engineer II supports the design, development, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety. This role works with design, production, and other cross-functional teams to support manufacturability, resolve manufacturing issues, and introduce new products and processes while meeting company, industry,
and regulatory requirements.
What You Will Do:
- Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to support the manufacturability of new and existing products.
- Create andmaintainprocess documentation, including work instructions and manufacturing flow diagrams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to minimize downtime andmaintainquality standards.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process-related issues.
- Identifyand implement cost-saving opportunities whilemaintainingquality and safety requirements.
- Support the introduction of new products and processes, including equipment selection, installation, and validation.
- Monitor and analyze production data toidentifytrends, improvement opportunities, and areas for process optimization.
