What is your role?

TheTax OperationsSpecialistensures tax compliance, reporting, and audit support for Distribution and Services entities in Mexico, in line with local regulations and export-manufacturing tax requirements.

What will you do?

- Enterprise Tax Compliance & Regulatory Management
- Manage recurring tax obligations for service entities operating under the IMMEX program.
- Ensure compliance with ISR, VAT, withholding taxes, DIOT, and applicable IMMEX tax and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate the timely filing of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns.

- Tax accounting & US GAAP Reporting
- Audit Support

What do you need?

- 5 years of Tax related experience
- Solid knowledge ofMexican tax lawsapplicable to maquiladora entities.
- Understanding ofIMMEX program and VAT Certification Rules




- Prior involvement with IVA refund processes.
- Working knowledge ofUS GAAP, tax provision basics, and deferred tax concepts.
- Experience managing Safe Harbor calculations.
