- Supervise and optimize inventory levels to ensure proper stock positioning.
- Lead weekly reviews to resolve aged inventory and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage E&O; (Excess & Obsolete) tracking, driving corrective actions and negotiating resolutions with customers.
- Oversee expedited freight activities resulting from customer volume changes, including customer negotiations.
- Manage the material buy‑back process, maximizing value recovery and ensuring compliance with agreements.
- Collaborate with BPM/OPM teams in China to align processes, enhance operational performance, and support integral initiatives.
- Lead special projects focused on cost reduction, operational efficiency, and customer‑driven improvements.
- Strong SCM knowledge (material planning)
