Process Engineer

- Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and productivity.
- Analyze performance indicators and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in New Product Introduction (NPI).
- Create and update work instructions, flowcharts, and process documentation.
- Implement cost-reduction and cycle-time optimization projects.
- Provide technical support to production lines and resolve process-related issues.
- Apply Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools.
- Collaborate with Quality, Production, Engineering, and Maintenance teams.

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Electronic, or Mechatronic Engineering (or a related field).




- Minimum of 2 years of experience in electronics manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of SMT processes, electronic assembly, and PCB manufacturing (desirable).
- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing tools, 5S, Kaizen, and root cause analysis.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
- Analytical thinking.

- Proactivity and innovation.
