Resolv General is hiring bilingual Patient Services Representatives for a fully remote role based in Mexico. You will handle inbound calls, schedule appointments, perform outreach, and support insurance verification and prior-authorization workflows.
Excellent English and Spanish communication, data accuracy, and empathy are essential. You will work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time from a home office in Mexico, with company equipment provided.
