- Operational leadership of promotional teams
- Sell-out and on-floor negotiation
- Operational control and analysis
- Execution of displays, pricing, front-of-store layouts, and planograms

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing, Business Administration, Business, or a related field
- Experience in retail and wholesale required
- 3–5 years as an Operations Supervisor
- Proven ability to negotiate on the sales floor
- Expertise in sell-out, inventory,



and turnover
- Leadership with multidisciplinary teams
- Operational leadership in the field, with a constant presence on the sales floor
- Results-oriented and resilient in the face of challenges
- Strong focus on operational quality and flawless execution
- Commercial acumen and understanding of the shopper
- Continuous improvement and operational discipline
- Ability to optimize routes, processes, and team performance
- Analytical skills to act on data (sell-out, shelf space, prices)
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel
