Cloudbeds is seeking a Customer Support & Onboarding Specialist - Accounting (Latin America) to guide hotel clients through end-to-end accounting configuration across LATAM, including chart of accounts mapping, tax setup, and e-invoicing compliance.
You will work with clients and their accounting teams, help configure Cloudbeds with major ERP systems, and troubleshoot integration issues while ensuring smooth day-one operations.
