SpotOn in Mexico is seeking an Associate Trainer to support the delivery of our Onboarding Core Curriculum across the CX organization. You will help schedule sessions, manage logistics, and document trainee progress while building foundational facilitation skills under seasoned trainers.
You will assist with Week 1 curriculum delivery, support ILT sessions in Weeks 2–4, and collaborate with SMEs and Enablement Partners to ensure training aligns with operational needs.
