Mondelez International is seeking a leadership-level Industrial Maintenance professional for the manufacturing line. You will operate and maintain equipment to meet safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and morale targets, applying AM/PM standards and leading root-cause analysis and shutdown maintenance.
You will also coach and train line teams, manage plan-do-check-adjust cycles, and ensure effective communication and adherence to safety processes and quality assurance across shifts.
