About the position
We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of large-scale proprietary software applications for internal use.
The adecuado candidate is a proactive and analytical software developer with experience in Python and web development, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in English within a professional environment.
Main Responsibilities
Analyze user needs, system requirements, and business processes to define technical solutions.
Design, develop, maintain, test, implement, and debug software applications.
Maintain source code for existing software products and participate in code reviews.
Develop customized applications for internal company use.
Identify root causes of software issues and implement appropriate solutions.
Resolve issues through software configuration or code changes.
Support software installations, upgrades, and updates.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
Collaborate with users and internal teams to prototype, test, refine, and implement solutions.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies when applicable.
Requirements
Required:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.




13 years of software development experience.
Python development experience.
Experience with web development and front-end technologies.
Experience with Django or similar web frameworks.
Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
Knowledge of Linux and Windows Server environments.
Experience with HTML/CSS and JavaScript technologies such as jQuery and AJAX.
English level B1 or higher indispensable, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English in a professional environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent troubleshooting and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work both independently and as part of a team.
