6-month temporary assignment

We are looking for a Senior Buyer to join our team for a 6-month temporary project, supporting supplier contract management and follow-up activities.

This role requires frequent communication with U.S.-based suppliers, so advanced business English is essential.

What we're looking for:

• 3–5 years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, Sourcing or Supply Chain

• Experience reviewing and following up on supplier contracts

• Advanced business English – required

• Strong supplier communication and negotiation skills

• Confidence communicating with U.S.-based suppliers by phone and email

• Strong follow-up and organizational skills





• Bachelor's degree in a related field

• Immediate availability preferred

Key responsibilities:

• Follow up with suppliers regarding required agreements and documentation

• Review and track supplier contracts

• Communicate primarily with U.S.-based suppliers

• Manage multiple agreements simultaneously and ensure timely completion

• Maintain continuous follow-up with suppliers throughout the process

Schedule:

Monday–Thursday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Friday | 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
