Are you passionate about logistics and eager to be part of a leading company in the industry? We're looking for an Breakdown Representative ready to make a difference on our team.
ENGLIGH IS A MUST!
Location: San Nicolás de los Garza, Reciente León
Schedule: 4 days a week (12 hours per day) with 4 days off. Example starting your week on Monday ends Thursday. Your days off will be Friday to Monday, starting the week again on Tuesday, etc
*Experience on the area not needed/ no mechanical experience required*
What will you do as part of our team?
-Request service for drivers with breakdowns on the road, client location or our own yards.
-Keeping our drivers from Mexico, US and Canada updated with any news on their issue.
-This includes engine, tires and hotel reservations among others,
as well as communicating with other departments of the services and ETA's scheduled by our vendors and notifying of any changes within the ETA's or procedures
What are we looking for?
-Previous experience in logistics or transportation (preferred).
-Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
-Advanced English proficiency (wrtting, writing & speaking) (90%)
-Teamwork skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
-A proactive attitude and commitment to excellence.
-Excel basic knowledge
-Basic computer knowledge
NIGH SHIFT FROM 9:00 PM TO 9:00 AM
