Education and Experience :

· Law degree with professional certification

· At least 5 years of professional experience

· Advanced English

· Public procurement procedures

· Internal and external audits

· Experience in supervising, adapting, and implementing European or US compliance programs

· Knowledge of anti-corruption, antitrust, privacy, ethics, and regulatory regimes

· Anti-money laundering

Responsabilities:

· Provide legal advice to senior management and departments.

· Contribute to the generation, review, and approval of contracts, agreements, commercial agreements, reports, and legal records, strengthening the company's

· Collaborate in the identification, analysis, and documentation of legal and compliance risks

· Design, implement, and maintain an effective local compliance program aligned with general standards and local regulations

· Design, implement, and maintain an effective local data protection management system
