To ensure the achievement of the objectives and goals established by the organization through the effective coordination of planning and logistics activities, as well as the development and implementation of strategies that contribute to the company's overall objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any of the following areas: Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, International Business or related.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the same or closely realated industry(Customer service in B2B/B2C environments) with an established professional network.
- Sales and KPI Managment: Experience in managing sales targets but also setting, traking and achieving team-level sales KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the timely receipt and confirmation of customer purchase orders.
- Coordinate with the Production Planner the manufacturing of finished products to ensure fulfillment of customer purchase orders.
- Prepare shipping documents and ensure the timely delivery of requested materials.
- Coordinate shipments with the Logistics and Warehouse Coordinator, Security personnel, and shipping providers.
- Ensure the correct sequence and execution of shipments for each customer.
- Communicate with customers to resolve questions and address their requirements.
- Collaborate with the Quality Department regarding quality issues, issue corresponding credit notes, and coordinate product returns.
- Issue invoices based on shipping documents.
- Register and track invoices from shipping providers.
- Use and maintain customer web portals.
- Report operational issues and follow up on questions related to operational performance.
- Analyze raw material levels to prevent finished product shortages.
- Analyze aged inventory and materials to reduce company losses.
- Analyze sales levels and performance to maximize company profitability.
- Organize cross-functional meetings with the employees involved in operational issues to determine the best solution.
- Develop and implement more efficient and feasible work processes.
- Ensure timely receipt and follow-up of customer payments.
- Train and support sales team members.
- Support and implement new systems and processes.
- Plan sales activities to achieve targets and prevent operational and commercial risks.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and requirements related to safety, health, and environmental standards.
