We are seeking an exceptional Primary Science Teacher with a passion for inspiring curiosity and a love of scientific discovery. The successful candidate will deliver engaging, hands‑on science lessons that encourage critical thinking, inquiry, and problem‑solving while creating a positive and stimulating learning environment for primary‑aged students.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan and deliver engaging, inquiry‑based Science lessons aligned with the school's curriculum.
Foster curiosity and enthusiasm for science through practical investigations, experiments, and hands‑on learning experiences.
Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and critical thinking.
Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of all students.
Assess student progress, provide timely feedback, and maintain accurate academic records.
Integrate technology and innovative teaching strategies to enhance student learning.




Promote scientific literacy, environmental awareness, and problem‑solving skills.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary learning opportunities and enrich the curriculum.
Build positive relationships with students, parents, and staff to support student success.
Participate actively in school events, professional development, and the wider life of the school.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
A Bachelor's degree in Primary Education, Science Education, or a related field.
A recognised teaching qualification.
Previous experience teaching Science at the primary school level.
Strong knowledge of inquiry‑based and student‑centred teaching methodologies.
The ability to inspire curiosity and develop students' scientific thinking through engaging, hands‑on lessons.
Excellent classroom management, communication, and organisational skills.
Experience integrating technology into teaching and learning. A collaborative mindset and a commitment to continuous professional development.
Fluency in English; experience in bilingual or international school settings is an advantage.
A genuine passion for nurturing confident, curious, and lifelong learners.
