Job Responsibilities**
* Assist in the analysis and optimization of production lines and manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
* Support the implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles and tools (e.g., 5 S, Kaizen) on the shop floor.
* Collect and analyze production data, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to problem-solving initiatives.
* Participate in the development and update of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and maintenance to achieve operational goals.
* Learn and apply quality control methodologies and tools to ensure product standards are met.
* Support the introduction of new products or processes into manufacturing.
* Prepare reports and presentations on project progress and findings.

Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
