Overview
We are looking for
Service Now Developers and Tech Leads
to join our team and work on complex, enterprise-level implementations. If you enjoy building scalable solutions, solving platform challenges, and collaborating with distributed Agile teams, this role is for you. Responsibilities
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and troubleshooting solutions on the Service Now platform, supporting backend integrations, content delivery, and automation initiatives across different workflows. Required Experience
6–10 years of total experience in software or platform development
Mid-level: 5–7 years | Tech Lead: 8+ years
5+ years of hands-on experience with Service Now Strong experience working in Agile / Scrum environments with distributed teams Required Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of Java Script Service Now development skills including:




Glide Scripting Script Includes Scheduled Jobs
Experience designing backend APIs, data structures, and integrations Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and identify root causes across system components Solid understanding of Service Now fundamentals and platform architecture Specialized Tracks (depending on role)
AI / AI Experiences
Must Have: Strong Service Now development skills and fundamentals
ITX / Technology Workflows
Must Have: Strong Service Now development skills and fundamentals Nice to Have: Hands-on experience with ITAM, SPM, or ITSM (Change Management)
Nice to Have Platform Skills
Service Portal UI Builder REST / SOAP integrations Advanced scripting Platform-specific troubleshooting skills
