Accountabilities
Executing defined end-user account add/change/delete and disable procedures on our internal computing systems. Responsible for completing daily, monthly and on-demand data maintenance assignments as required. Interaction with the Service Desk and End users for basic user support issues relating to accessfulfillment. Qualifications: (Specific for this job)
Knowledge and Skills
Ability to accurately follow a defined set of policies and procedures Operate under the supervision of others Must have strong written communication skills Understands basic technical concepts of Active Directory, e-mail and possesses an ability to use other Microsoft based productivity applications.



Exposure to cloud platforms and access provisioning on cloud platforms Quick learner, and ability to scale on new technologies as required Experience
Associates degree in a computing related field, business or related discipline required. Competencies
Must follow and execute well-defined processes and procedures Must utilize standard request and ticketing systems Provides first level support for user issues utilizing documentation as well as other sources Do the right thing, and ability to work under pressure. Maintain the required level of confidentiality and trust
